2. Booking & Cancellations

• All bookings must be made through our official website or app.
• Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged in full unless otherwise agreed by CabXoro.

3. Fares & Payments

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and service type.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
• Additional charges (e.g., waiting time, tolls, extra stops) may apply and will be added to your fare.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking information, including pickup and drop-off details.
• Ensure appropriate behaviour during rides.
• Comply with driver instructions for safety and local regulations.

5. Driver Responsibilities

All CabXoro drivers are licensed, insured, and vetted in accordance with UK transport regulations. Drivers are responsible for providing a safe, professional, and timely service.

6. Liability

CabXoro is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We are also not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Misuse of the booking system, including fraudulent activity.
• Harassment or inappropriate behaviour towards drivers.
• Using CabXoro services for unlawful or unauthorised activities.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if users violate these Terms of Service or engage in harmful behaviour.

9. Changes to Terms

CabXoro may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will take effect once posted on this page with the updated date.
